MoonQ — Terms of Service

1. General

  1. These Terms govern use of MoonQ, a service of short daily cues delivered electronically (via Telegram) by Przyjemna spółka sp. z o.o., al. Armii Ludowej 7/68, 00-575 Warszawa (NIP: 7011302955) (“Provider”).
  2. The service is offered at https://moonq.app. By creating an account or starting a trial, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. Polish law applies where not regulated herein, including the Act on electronic services and the Civil Code.

2. Nature of the service and limitations

  1. MoonQ provides short informational cues based on cycle data you enter and AI-assisted content generation. Cues are meant to support attention and conversation with your partner.
  2. Cues are not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, marital, or relationship counselling and do not guarantee any relationship or personal outcome.
  3. You alone decide whether and how to use a cue, and you should verify it against your partner’s wishes and the real situation. The Provider is not liable for decisions you make based on the service.
  4. Cycle phase and wording are likely, not certain — real cycles vary. You agree to keep data updated (e.g. cycle start) in line with your partner’s consent.

3. Account, Telegram, and cycle data

  1. The service requires an email address, a Telegram-linked account, and configuration data: partner name, last period / cycle start date, average cycle length, preferred delivery time — as described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. You confirm that data about your partner’s cycle is entered with her informed consent and that the service is not used for covert monitoring.
  3. The Provider may restrict or suspend access for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments, trial, and cancellation

  1. Monthly and Annual plans are subscriptions with a 14-day free trial; Lifetime is a one-time purchase without a trial, as shown on the pricing page.
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the selected plan automatically.
  3. You may cancel anytime (e.g. via the bot or the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already taken under the plan, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
  4. Lifetime means access to the current MoonQ service for as long as the Provider operates it; it does not cover separate future products or an immutable price/feature set forever.

5. Liability

  1. The Provider uses reasonable efforts to keep the service running but does not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free content (including AI-generated text).
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, relationship disputes, life decisions, or other consequences of using or being unable to use the service, except where liability cannot be excluded.
  3. Total liability to you for the service — where the law allows a cap — is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Complaints and contact

  1. Service complaints: moonq@heartmade.pl. Include contact details and a description of the issue.
  2. The Provider will respond within 30 days of receipt.

7. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Provider may change these Terms for material reasons (e.g. law or product changes). Important changes will be communicated in a reasonable way (e.g. on-site notice or message).
  2. Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance where the law permits.
